Transparent Pricing
Initial ADHD Evaluation: $250
Follow-Up / Medication Management: $175
Medications Sent to Your Local Arizona Pharmacy
If medication is prescribed, you choose the pharmacy, and we’ll send the prescription! While we don’t accept insurance, you may still use your insurance at the pharmacy if you have medication coverage. We can assist with prior authorizations if needed. Having an issue at the pharmacy? You can text your provider for support.

ADHD Medications Prescribed
